SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Executive Dysfunction. We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows
Canada 3 to 7 business days
United States 5 to 12 business days
International orders 7 to 20 business days depending on location
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In some cases, free shipping may be offered during promotions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Executive Dysfunction is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs delays.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can try to update it before shipment.
